I'm so glad you have taken the time to get to know me and my company, The Dietitian Assistant. Here’s a few main things you should know about me:

I’m a Registered Dietitian with both a Masters and Bachelors from SUNY Oneonta
5+ years of experience being a virtual assistant to numerous dietitians
And lastly, I specialize in non-diet nutrition, eating disorders, disordered eating, intuitive eating, weight inclusivity and a Health at Every Size®.

Over the past five years, I've had the incredible opportunity to work alongside 65+ dietitians. And let me tell you, I've learned something new from each one! While I love all aspects of my job, there's a special place in my heart for assisting eating disorder dietitians and the wonderful non-diet RD community. Their philosophy resonates with me deeply as I have struggled with an eating disorder in the past.

August 2022 was a turning point in my journey. I officially became an RD, and by October, "The Dietitian Assistant" was no longer just an idea—it became my reality.

It's more than a business to me; it's a passion. A passion to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow RDs, offering them support, reminding them of the bigger picture, and ensuring they focus on what truly matters: their mental health, clients, and work-life balance.

By day, I'm a Master’s student studying to become an Registered Dietitian with a mission to help people reach food freedom and improve their relationship with food & their bodies.

By night, I'm a social media marketer and content creator! I’m super grateful for the chance to wake up everyday with the chance to utilize my skills and social platforms to make a positive impact among communities around the world.

FUN FACT: My all time favorite show is Friends! Now I may not be as funny as Chandler, but I hope to bring a little joy and positivity to your life!
